Very disappointed. Rooms are not spacious . Not enough space to move around. Bath room is small and only hand shower. Tiny gym with two machines. No comforter on bed . For the price they charging, its not worth it. Might be ok for one person to sleep with no fancy hotel " experience "
Disappointing bathroom layout and misleading photos on their Expedia page. For reference, I paid an average of $375CAD each night (not cheap). While the room itself was clean and well-maintained, I cannot recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues or require a reasonably sized washroom. The experience was significantly marred by a poorly designed, cramped bathroom that was entirely misrepresented in the online photos. The layout is exceptionally tight; the toilet is positioned so close to both the tub and the sink that it is incredibly difficult to maneuver. As someone managing a knee injury, the proximity of the tub to the toilet made getting in and out of the shower physically painful and difficult. The water pressure in the tub is also so strong that it caused water to spray outside of the tub that has no enclosure, creating a hazardous, slippery floor. It sprayed onto the toilet. To make matters worse, the bathroom ventilation system was non-functional...which made the space uncomfortable and sometimes smelly as you can imagine! Had the hotel provided accurate photographs of this specific bathroom configuration, I would not have booked this stay. It is frustrating to arrive and find that the room layout is so vastly different from what was advertised. While the cleanliness was acceptable, the lack of transparency regarding these serious accessibility and spatial issues is disappointing.
